Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above INR 2000. This policy may vary during Offer periods. |
How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver most of our orders within 4-10 business days from the order date. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. |
How are orders on LemonChiffon delivered to me?
We ship via our preferred & trusted Logistic Service. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you the tracking details & the link & you can track your order online anytime. |
Does LemonChiffon deliver products outside India?
Yes, we do ship our products outside India to selected countries at additional shipping charges. |

| Once your order is placed there will be no cancellation. |
| RETURNS/EXCHANGE |
| We don't have a return policy. We promise the best of quality & you will love what you have ordered for. Products once sold cannot be returned/ exchanged. Products purchased during sale/offer periods will not be returned/exchanged/cancelled. |
| In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or your product arrives damaged, you should inform us about the same within 2 business days and email us a photo of the damaged/ wrong product. (NOTE: You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order) |
Upon authorisation of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. In such case, product must be returned to our registered office within 7 business days. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.

| REFUND |
In case of debit card / credit card transactions, the refund should reflect in your your bank account within 2-3 working days of refund request being placed.
In case of Net banking transactions, the refund should reflect in your your account within 4-7 working days once the refund request is placed. |
