We do not provide stitching services yet.

How can I pay for my order at LemonChiffon.in?

We offer several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure at LemonChiffon.in:

  • Direct bank deposit
  • Western Union/Xoom transfer for international customers

 

What if an item is Sold Out?
If an item appears as SOLD OUT, it means there are unfortunately none left to buy. Members can mail us regarding the same.  We will request to see if another unit can be made available, but no guarantees!

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, kindly contact us.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Are the colors of the products shown on the website accurate?

Products on LemonChiffon.in are hand crafted and specially handpicked for you from various parts of India. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
